1. Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation terms apply:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the total tour cost.
• 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation by Agra Voyage

In the unlikely event that Agra Voyage must cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), you will receive a full refund of all payments made. Alternatively, we may offer you a comparable alternative tour, subject to your approval.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request or tour cancellation.
• All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
• Agra Voyage is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or credit card provider during the refund process.

4. Changes to Your Booking

If you wish to make changes to your itinerary (e.g., changing dates or destinations), please contact us. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. If a change is made, the original cancellation policy will still apply.

5. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations or interruptions. This insurance may provide additional coverage for your travel plans, including medical emergencies and trip cancellations.
